Extended Description / Conceptual
The vertical and horizontal aspects of the red square reference the first two dimensions of space. Using a familiar mathematical convention, the diagonal line between the yellow and blue sections of this painting reference the third dimension. Thus, this painting is a two dimensional representation of a three dimensional cube.
